i don't really know if there could be any other word for apologies that i can in anyway convey to you for not addressing your for long time.

Personally i realized that my heart initiated to miss you badly these months. Starting from Jan to date!
Frankly, speaking I was not in a pleasant envio to get in touch with you.
I promise from now on we'll be in regular touch!
